With the rising tide the canals come alive, the boats return from the daily oyster harvest.witnesses of a bygone past, the huts remain closed, they only live, in fine weather, from the activity of some craftsman or painter whose work is open to the eyes of walkers. The work of the oyster is now done in structures meeting European health standards, at investment costs requiring industrialization and concentration.Nostalgia when you hold us!
